Rates & Reservations

Low Season:  April 1 through November 30
$1,000.00 per week
Minimum 5  Day Rental/2 Guests

High Season:  December 1 through March 30
$1,300.00 per week
Minimum 5 Day Rental/2 Guests

Holiday Rates:  $1,400.00 per week
Minimum 7 Day Rental/2 Guests

Additional Guest Fee is $50.00 per person. 
The security deposit is required in order to hold the reservation.
The first rental payment is due 90 days prior to the rental.  The remaining balance is due in full forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival.  Payment must be made in U.S. funds by a cashier's check, money order or personal check.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to 45 days - less 20%
45 days or less - forfeit deposit
Cleaning Fee is $100.00

April 29, 2009 -  Condo was lovely and HMMMM so much more I would like to do on the island. We did enjoy our Big Beard's snorkel and cookout adventure. Also just the atmosphere of downtown Christiansted was terrific.
Must do...Ride your bike around the island loop of the bike course. Amazing and amazingly difficult.

March 7, 2009  - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, condo was modern, clean and comfortable.  We really enjoyed the relaxing view from the gallery and the gardens were lovely. So many things to do on the island, we will have to come back.  We had some great dives and did some hiking at Point Udall, loved the rainforest too!

December 25, 2009 - We vacationed at Lazing Away during Christmas week. The weather was beautiful and the condo was great, it is beautifully furnished, upscale and very comfortable. The condo was clean, well kept, and has all new appliances, great for cooking that Xmas dinner! It was great that we could just walk to the grocery store if we wanted.

And what a beautiful view…the sunrises were spectacular and it was just beautiful to sit on the lanai on warm afternoons and enjoy the view. Great snorkeling right off of the beach at the condo, saw turtles, stingrays and everything in between. We hiked to the tide pools and took a long ride through the rain forest, what fun. Can't wait to go back!

 March 28, 2010 - The listing was very accurate about everything. It looked just like the photos. The beach in front of the property looked small, but it was just right for us and anyone could use the hammock. There is also a great little restaurant/bar right next door via the beach. The property was extremely well kept and the management was very nice when we needed internet help. The owner kept in contact with us and answered every question we had. I would recommend this property to anyone. We really liked the fact that we could lock the screen door when we left during the day to keep the breeze blowing through the condo. The location of the condo was just off a main highway. Everything was only a short drive. We did need our rental car. There is a close grocery store but we found one just a little further down the road that was much larger and cheaper. It was Pueblo and on the way to Christiansted. The most activity we saw in the evening was around Cane Bay beach. It seems like all the folks have left Christiansted! It was deserted. There were many fine beaches around, but since it was the week before Easter, the locals all camp on the beaches and there was no room for us to explore.
